Grund genug dieses Thema noch einmal aufzugreifen, da auch aktuelle Software trotz Weiterentwicklung nicht von Fehlern befreit ist (das ist wohl die Bestimmung von Software). HP hat das „Software Customer Support Handbook“ entsprechend \u00fcberarbeitet, es kann hier heruntergeladen werden: http:\/\/support.openview.hp.com\/pdf\/HP_Software_Customer_Support_Handbook.pdf<\/a>. Das aktuelle Handbuch erlaubt das Dokumentieren von den SAID Nummern, erl\u00e4utert wie das SSP (Software Support Online) Portal bedient wird und beschreibt das \u00d6ffnen eines Cases in Anh\u00e4ngigkeit der ben\u00f6tigten Priorit\u00e4t oder des verf\u00fcgbaren Suppoert Level.
