In diesen F\u00e4llen ben\u00f6tigt man die Unterst\u00fctzung von Support um einen m\u00f6glichen Fehler zu identifizieren, zu analysieren und zu beheben. Nachfolgend findet ihr ein Anleitung wie man einen Case schnell und einfach \u00f6ffnen kann.<\/p>\n<p><b>Support: <\/b>Den HP Support f\u00fcr Data Protector erreicht man am einfachsten \u00fcber das <b>Software Support Portal<\/b> unter <a href=\"http:\/\/support.openview.hp.com\/\"><b>http:\/\/support.openview.hp.com\/<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Anleitung: <\/b>Eine Anleitung zum SSO Portal k\u00f6nnen Sie herunterladen unter: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.data-protector.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/HPSoftwareCustomerSupportHandbook-November-2011.pdf\">HPSoftwareCustomerSupportHandbook (November 2011)<\/a>. Die jeweils aktuellste Version finden Sie auch auf der HP Seite: <a href=\"http:\/\/support.openview.hp.com\/pdf\/HP_Software_Customer_Support_Handbook.pdf\">http:\/\/support.openview.hp.com\/pdf\/HP_Software_Customer_Support_Handbook.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Case er\u00f6ffnen:<\/b>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>1<\/b> Um einen Case zu \u00f6ffnen einfach mit dem Passport Account am SSO Portal anmelden (<a href=\"http:\/\/support.openview.hp.com\/\">http:\/\/support.openview.hp.com\/<\/a>) und auf &#8222;Case Manager&#8220; gehen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.data-protector.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/case01.jpg\" alt=\"Case\"\/>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>2<\/b> Auf der n\u00e4chsten Seite &#8222;Submit a new case&#8220; ausw\u00e4hlen und dann wird man auf die folgende Seite umgeleitet:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.data-protector.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/case02.jpg\" alt=\"Case\"\/>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>3<\/b> W\u00e4hlen Sie die notwendigen Angaben aus. <b>Bitte beachten: die &#8222;Severity&#8220; wird standardm\u00e4\u00dfig auf die niedrigste Priorit\u00e4t 4 gestellt! Bitte immer nach den pers\u00f6nlichen Anforderungen entsprechend ausw\u00e4hlen!<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>4<\/b> In der n\u00e4chsten Eingabemaske kann man dann alle Details (Problembeschreibung, usw.) zu dem Case eingeben. Zus\u00e4tzlich lassen sich Screenshots und Debugs direkt an den Case anh\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><b>5<\/b> Ich empfehle bei jedem Case immer ein get_info zu erstellen und dem Case anzuh\u00e4ngen. Der Report kann so generiert werden: <code>\"c:\\Program Files\\OmniBack\\bin\\utilns\\get_info.exe\" > c:\\temp\\case.txt<\/code> (Beispiel). Auf diese Weise hat der Support schon alle relevanten Informationen zur Umgebung vorliegen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Severity:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.data-protector.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/case03.jpg\" alt=\"Case\"\/><\/p>\n<p><b>Case Historie: <\/b>Der Case Manager bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit den Status des Supportfalls zeitnah zu verfolgen, dazu auf den Case Manager klicken, dort werden alle offenen Supportf\u00e4lle angezeigt.
