\nPolling ist das Verhalten eines Dienstes welches Bandlaufwerk bzw. Library-Controller \u00fcber IFC (Interface Controller) oder NSR (Network Storage Router) in regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Abst\u00e4nden mit SCSI-Befehlen abfragt. Dies kann ein Backup st\u00f6ren da der NSR jede Menge zus\u00e4tzlicher Befehle verarbeiten muss, die nicht vom Backup kommen.
