To allow backups like:&nbsp;<em>Make a backup on last sunday of month<\/em> or <em>Make a backup on first sunday of month<\/em>,&nbsp;I found some usefull stuff at HP&#8230;&nbsp;Thanks to some Data Protector guys from US;&nbsp;the hack will work until 2032;&nbsp;of course until this date the new scheduler is implemented within Data Protector.<br \/>\nIn the example a full backup on every last sunday of the month will be done.<br \/>\n<img src=\"https:\/\/www.data-protector.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/schedule_last_sundayofmonth.png\" width=\"478\" alt=\"Schedule\" \/><br \/>\nIn this example a full backup on every first saturday of the month will be done.<br \/>\n<img src=\"https:\/\/www.data-protector.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/schedule_first_saturdayofmonth.png\" width=\"321\" alt=\"Schedule\" \/><br \/>\nThe schedules can be modifed to allow incremental backups or to change retention periods. To change the retention period you could i.e. add <code>-full -protection -weeks 8<\/code>.
